The company has a large number of machining centers in the factory, each of which produces a large amount of cutting chips. Until now, cutting chips were collected in small bags such as bag bags, but they could not be installed neatly at the cutting waste outlet of the machining center, and cutting chips spilled or the bag fell down and were cut in the factory. It was the cause of the scattered debris. We designed a bag that can stand on its own by putting a wire in the corner of the jumbo bag, and installed handles on both sides so that it can be easily carried by one person. As a result, even a single woman can now dump cutting chips to an outdoor waste storage area, dramatically improving work efficiency. Of course, the scattering of cutting chips in the factory has also been resolved.

The company shipped the finished parts in steel pallets. At the delivery destination, it takes a lot of time to remove from the steel pallet by hand, so we asked for delivery in a container that can be taken out efficiently, and we contacted us. It is now possible to make a jumbo bag that fits the size of a steel pallet and take it out all at once with a hoist.
